Family Memberships

• Family membership is open to any family group, including not more than two persons over the age of 18 
• Children over 18 years are not eligible for family membership
• Children aged 16 or over are eligible for ordinary or concessional membership of the club
• All family members must record the same address in the register of members.

Additional Family Member

The adult members of an existing family membership can add members following these steps. (Note: Access to add members is restricted to eligible members only.)

1. Log into your VCC members account and navigate to your contact profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner.

2. Select 'Membership' from the left side bar then the 'New Membership' green button

3. Register for 'Additional Family Member' and follow the instructions to the page 'Member Selection'

4. For 'Who is this membership for?', select 'Someone else' and add their contact information. Select, 'Next, Member Information'

5. Complete the member's information' and select 'Next, Waiver'.

6. Agree to the waiver and select 'Next, Confirmation'.

7. And you are done! Select 'View My Memberships' to return to your profile where the additional member now appears under 'Membership' in the left side bar.

8. Behind the scences, the family member is added to the family membership and the temporary 'Additional Family Member' is removed. This may take up to 7 days.
